CHALLENGE


BrewDog wanted to accelerate their well-documented growth and generate trial within the mass beer audience. But how do you produce advertising for a brand that doesn’t do advertising?

 

STRATEGY


With a healthy dose of irony, we asked people not to buy the advertising and just try the beer. We launched an audacious campaign to deliver 1 million beers of BrewDog’s flagship Punk IPA to convert new craft beer drinkers. It was the biggest ever beer sampling campaign, founded on the brewery’s certainty that all who try the beer will become converts to the craft beer cause.
